We needed an audio expert very last minute to make sure all of our sound and music cues were handled seamlessly and Giles stepped in and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we connected, his communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly reassuring.

He went above and beyond in every way. He was easily our most organized vendor, balancing professionalism with such a friendly, easygoing energy that made working with him feel effortless. He even went out of his way to set up a streaming link for us and made multiple visits to coordinate directly with our venue team so nothing would be left to chance.

What really stood out was how proactive he was, he came prepared with a solid plan, backup options (which gave us so much peace of mind), and made sure every detail was thought through. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly, and we didn’t have to think about audio once. Which is exactly what you hope for!

Great work from Giles. The sound was amazing for my wedding. On a very special day, one is always nervous of any potential mishaps but he played the songs at the appropriate times and faded them out nicely before the next ones as we were all walking down the aisle. We used the speaker and microphone set up for the speeches in a large open area, and everything was arranged perfectly so that everyone could hear.
